Este es un plato de la epoca Tudor, cocido de oveja sobre pan. Lo hice gracias a la clase de Carol Cook (Caraminia). Las frutas las habia hecho unos meses antes y pense que quedaban bien la foto.
Tudor style mutton stew on soppes I made during Carol Cook (Caraminia) class. The bread was also made during the class. The fruits were made by me some months ago but I thought it looked nice in the display.
